Services
Aculance Consultant provides customized IT solutions based on the client’s business needs. The scope, pricing, and delivery of each project will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information and materials required to complete the project.
• Communicate in a timely manner for feedback and approvals.
• Comply with agreed timelines and payment schedules.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed during the course of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing, shall be the sole property of the client upon full payment. Aculance Consultant retains the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. Neither party shall disclose such information without prior written consent.
Payments & Refunds
Payment terms will be outlined in the project contract or invoice. Delays in payment may result in service interruptions or project delays. Refunds will be provided only under circumstances mutually agreed upon and outlined in a service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Aculance Consultant shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of services rendered and costs incurred up to the termination date.
Changes to Terms
Aculance Consultant reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, India.
